6 am.

I’ve been running with my grandpa at 6 am every weekday:

And while I might be able to run a mile and a half in less than 10 minutes, a mile and a half is all I’ve got in me.

Grandpa (76 years old), on the other hand, can run forever.
I’ll lap him twice.
He’ll stay at his slow pace.
I’ll fall over dead after I finish the mile and a half.
He’ll run 4 more laps and finish 2 miles.

The tortoise and the hair* – or something like that.

*I know: it’s spelled ‘hare’.  But if you know me fairly well, you would more than likely agree that this spelling is more fitting.
